Flame Guard-814 Commercial Firestopping Caulk is a UL Classified sealant designed to resume the integrity of 1 and 2 hour fire-rated floors and walls when penetrated by plumbing, electrical, and other mechanical items. In fire conditions, Flame Guard-814 forms an effective barrier to prevent the spread of flames, smoke, and toxic gases. Flame Guard-814 is a one-part, non-intumescent, silicate-based sealant that is suitable for adhesion to many substrates. Flame Guard-814 has been tested, classified, and is approved to be used as a filler for Through-Penetration firestop systems.
