Everkem SilTex 40 is a siliconized acrylic latex caulk engineered for interior and exterior joint sealing, gap filling, and surface finishing in commercial and residential construction. The siliconized formula adds flexibility, adhesion, and water/mildew resistance over a standard acrylic latex, while remaining fully paintable and easy to tool. Seals around windows, doors, trim, baseboards, and general construction joints where a clean, durable, paintable finish is required. Applied with a standard caulking gun.
