Everkem Firestop 814+ is a high-performance, elastomeric intumescent firestop sealant designed to maintain fire-resistance ratings in through-penetration and joint applications.

Tested and listed for use in a wide range of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and head-of-wall assemblies, Firestop 814+ provides up to 4-hour fire resistance in fire-rated wood, gypsum, and concrete floor and wall systems.

This highly flexible, general-purpose firestop sealant expands when exposed to high temperatures to restrict the passage of flame, smoke, and hot gases.

Firestop 814+ conforms to ASTM E814 (UL 1479) standards and is suitable for commercial, multi-family, healthcare, and institutional construction.
