What pipe specifications and grades does JCI Supply stock?
JCI Supply stocks carbon steel pipe in ASTM A53, A106 Grade B, and API 5L grades from Grade B through X65. Stainless pipe in ASTM A312 grades 304/304L and 316/316L. Can JCI Supply source specialty alloy pipe, fittings, and valves?
Yes. Beyond standard carbon and stainless, JCI Supply sources Duplex 2205, Super Duplex 2507, Nickel Alloy 625, Alloy 825, Hastelloy C276, and high-spec stainless grades including 310, 321, 347, and 904L. These materials are sourced for high-temperature, high-pressure, and corrosion-critical applications in chemical, offshore, and petrochemical service. Do you offer fabrication services like cutting, threading, or beveling?
Yes. JCI Supply offers cutting, threading, grooving, and beveling on pipe and fittings. We also fabricate custom nipples and machined components and can prep and package material for direct jobsite or plant delivery. If you need material cut to length or threaded to spec, include those requirements in your quote request.
What testing and quality documentation is available?
JCI Supply can provide mill test reports (MTRs) for pipe, fittings, and flanges. Positive Material Identification (PMI) is available for alloy verification. X-ray and NDT (non-destructive testing) can be arranged for weld inspection on fabricated assemblies. Spec and compliance support is available for ASME, ASTM, API, and NACE requirements. Specify documentation needs in your quote request.

Do you supply complete valve packages with actuation?
Yes. JCI Supply sources manual, electric, and pneumatic actuated valve packages across ball, gate, globe, butterfly, and control valve types. We can supply valves with actuators, limit switches, solenoids, and positioners pre-assembled and tested. Suitable for process control, pipeline automation, and plant systems. Submit your valve specifications for a quote.
What is the difference between domestic and import pipe and fittings?
Domestic material is manufactured in the United States and comes with full traceability, mill certifications, and compliance with Buy America requirements for government and public projects. Import material meets the same ASTM and ASME standards but is manufactured overseas — typically at lower cost with comparable lead times for standard grades. JCI Supply stocks both. If your project requires domestic content certification, specify it in your quote request and we’ll source accordingly.
